My wife and I hired Wagner Floors to install new floors and carpeting on our stairs in our home recently. Day one was great and went smooth, we were very pleased with how things went. Day number two and forward - all went to hell in a handbasket. From workers who did not show up, workers who did show up at different hours than planned by Mark Wagner, and a Wagner Floors supervisor did not even know who these people were, lead worker who left out of town in the middle of the project and the supervisor and owner Mark Wagner didn't even know he left town until I informed them he never showed up at our house, floor installers damaged work done by other contractor so this contractor had to come back and fix all the damage Wagner Floors did, no clean up after work done - my wife and I had to do a lot of cleaning. All this was communicated to Mark Wagner the owner and he never communicated with me after this to what was going on or how do we fix this situation. It was like he didn't even know what was going on with company. I informed him in person this was disappointing from one business owner to another and all he could do was blame other people. He never accepted any accountability for the horrible experience we had with his company and he just kept saying this is bad. I find this truly disappointing and unacceptable. I would never use this company again and I advise others to do your due diligence on a company very well before hiring them for any work.

I truly appreciated Aaron and Daniel's work. Very professional, quick. We had, unfortunately, gone with a different company and they had to come in and fix the mistakes! Really nice work, friendly. Aaron also pointed out some weather damage on the exterior of the house which might've saved us some big problems! Highly recommend this company
