I hired them to install flooring on my basement. When the salesman came out I told him I only need about 250$ of self leveler as I knew there were a few spots in the basement with slight down slopes and he said that is fine. I order the luxury vinyl for the floor and carpet for the stairs and when their Subcontractors came out they put about 8,000 dollars of self leveling concrete and then sent me an invoice of almost triple the amount of the invoice I signed. I emailed the salesman multiple times and he did not answer at all and the receptionist just said that someone fat fingered the amount of bags and it was supposed to be 8 bags not 80. They still tried to get 800$ more dollars out of me for something I did not agree too and after not responding to me for over a week I told them to send the original invoice and they finally did. Extremely unprofessional and a hassle to work with. However their subcontractors did an excellent job with the floors. Unfortunately based on their customer service I would not recommend them to anyone.
